Laptop Speakers - USB, Portable, Compact, Travel Speaker for PC and Mac - B-Flex 2 Hi-Fi Stereo USB Speaker (Black)

I had this on my wish list for Christmas and my boyfriend bought it for me. I didn't try it until about a month later and it did not work. It made a buzzing sound and no matter what I did I could not get sound to come out of it. I put it away and then tried again a few weeks later, thinking maybe I had done it wrong. It still did not work. I then emailed the company. I gave them a month to respond. I then emailed again and left a phone message (I am pretty sure they never actually answer the phone). Again, I gave them a month to call. I then emailed and called again and said that I need to have them respond in the next week. I never heard from them and yet, I still gave them about a month before I resorted to posting this.

How can a company not respond when a product is defective? We just lost that money. I can't believe a company would do that. Do not buy from this company you will have absolutely no support or anyway of getting your money back if it doesn't work.
