Positives:
--The most impressive feature about this thing is that you can actually scroll to verse level and begin audio playback.
--I think that Stephen Johnston is a better Bible narrator than Alexander Scourby on other audio Bible products.
--The software files used to operate this player are accessible by computer with a USB cable (provided). In the event that the software files become corrupted or deleted, a CD-ROM with a backup set of the files is provided.
--An additional folder is provided inside this unit to drop in and play your own MP3 files.
--Holds easily in your hand; fits nicely in a shirt pocket.

Negatives:
--It's really disappointing to see the creators of this thing put a lot of time and effort to create this unique software, but then drop it into this cheap, Chinese-made player. Stephen Johnston sounds like he's speaking inside a tin can. Even though you can play your own MP3 files, you're not going to want to: the quality of sound out of this thing is poor. It's "listenable" but a SanDisk Sansa this isn't. As I said, you won't be wowed.

Additional Info:
--Comes with its own battery charger. The battery is not assessable or replaceable.
--You can listen with either the built-in speaker or with ear buds (provided).
--The bible software files inside this thing (.HYZ) are not convertible for use in any other multimedia player (that I know of).
--No carry case or protective enclosure is provided.
