Xtend B320 Notebook Battery for IBM ThinkPad

Battery died and would not charge 4 months after purchase (and lightly used too). Really poor RMA department who would not answer the phone, return calls, or reply to fax. The web site says a product replacement can take up to 6 weeks, which seems unreasonably long.

I would not buy this brand again.Buy Xtend B320 Notebook Battery for IBM ThinkPad!
